     d. Submit to Planning and Zoning

     e. Design Development

     f. Contract Structural Engineer and other consultants

     g. Construction Documents (with details and interior elevations)

     h. Building Department Submittal

     i. Review Corrections and Approval

 

6. Construction Administration (Regularly scheduled job site visits and contractor  coordination)

 

7. Project Closeout
